Backdrops for Calamity Jane Backdrops

In the wild-west outpost of Deadwood City, we find the sharpshooting tomboy, Calamity Jane Canary surrounded by cowboys, townsfolk, and the famous Wild Bill Hickok. After a mix-up in the talent pool at Deadwood's saloon-theater, Calam goes to Chicago to import to Deadwood the glamorous actress, Adelaid Adams, but returns by mistake with her maid, Katie Brown instead. Back in Deadwood, Katie's inability to perform is overcome as she wins the heart of the young Lieutenant Danny Gilmartin. When Calam sheds her tomboy persona by donning one of Katie's dresses to attend a ball at the local Fort, catches Katie with Danny. Calam explodes with jealously but Bill helps her to realize she has become a true woman and she realizes that it's Wild Bill Hickok she really loves. The two couples are then married in a double wedding.
